Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Commission,
Please don't raise the height limit to 90 feet in B-3! The current height of 70 feet is
accomodating development just fine. I'd argue we should go shorter. We don't want ourhistoric main street to look like a toy train set.
We don't owe any developer anything. It's not our responsibility to make sure their projects
pencil. We should try to make buildings look better though. Bozeman is getting ruined!
