CONTRACTOR TO REVIEW MANUFACTURER GUIDELINES FOR ALL PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, AND SYSTEMS PRIOR TO ORDERING, FABRICATION, AND INSTALLATION. 7 GOOD WORKMANSHIP AND APPEARANCE ARE CONSIDERED EQUAL TO PROPER INSTALLATION AND OPERATION. 8 ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE NEW UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE OR APPROVED BY THE ARCHITECT. 9 ALL MATERIALS, MODELS, EQUIPMENT, SYSTEMS, AND SCHEDULES LISTED SERVE AS THE BASIS OF DESIGN. ANY ALTERNATES ARE TO BE PRESENTED TO THE ARCHITECT FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL BEFORE ORDERING, FABRICATION, OR INSTALLATION. CONTRACTOR IS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGES, COSTS, OR ISSUES RELATING TO THE USE OF UNAPPROVED ALTERNATES. 10 DRAWINGS ARE DIAGRAMMATIC IN NATURE AND MAY NOT ALWAYS REFLECT EXACT INSTALLATION CONDITIONS. DRAWINGS SHOW THE GENERAL ARRANGEMENT OF THE WORK AND MAY NOT INCLUDE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS AS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETE AND OPERATIONAL INSTALLATION.
