Hi Marty,
Thanks for the call last week, we’re glad to hear of the likely support for allowing the off-site parking on the adjacent
Montana Rail Link property to count towards our parking requirement. Please see the MRL lease attached. The
applicable section about termination is on the first page, Section 1.B – it’s a basic Termination for Convenience clause.
There is no expiration.
Here is a map of the situation, the 42’-6” x 81’-0” area is the off-site lease area in question:
