The determination will need to be finalized with the site plan application after adequacy has been reached. The building's preliminary estimated annual demand is 0.14 acre-feet (AF), but we’ll need to include the irrigation demand too. Do you have that estimate from your LA yet? Our CILWR fee rate is $6,000/AF. The cadastral for the parcel is also attached. This is located on Iron Horse Road, on Block 2 Lot 4 of the Glen Lake Subdivision. The project consists of a single-user commercial dance studio, with basic plumbing including (2) bathrooms, laundry room, and breakroom. Irrigation will be via city water.
