To Whom It May Concern:
This letter serves to formally acknowledge that Cogent Communications is aware of the proposed plans
to encroach up to two feet six inches (2’ 6”) into the Publicly Dedicated Utility Easement pathway with
concrete foundations for a patio cover at 2225 Iron Horse Rd, Bozeman, MT 59715.
Furthermore, Cogent has conducted a thorough review of the detailed site plans and hereby grants its
approval of the proposed design as submitted.
