Rouse Avenue Bozeman, Mt 59715 Re: Encroachment onto platted utility easement- Glen Lake Subdivision Blk 2, Lot 4, Bozeman Mt To Whom It May Concern Yellowstone Fiber is aware of the plans to encroach up to 2’ 6” on the Publicly Dedicated Utility Easement pathway with concrete foundations for a patio cover. Yellowstone Fiber has reviewed and approves of the detailed site plans. TRS Management must know that if there are ever issues with the lines in this area, we may need to dig up this structure to access and make repairs to our utilities.
