comments@bozeman.net or visit the Public Comment Page prior to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the
meeting. At the direction of the City Commission, anonymous public comments are not distributed to
the City Commission or staff.
Public comments will also be accepted in-person and through video conference during the appropriate
agenda items but you may only comment once per item.
As always, the meeting will be recorded and streamed through the Commission's video page and
available in the City on cable channel 190.

Discuss the City Manager Annual Performance Evaluation
The Mayor may close the meeting to the public pursuant to Sect. 2-3-203(3), MCA, during the time
discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy if, and only if, the Mayor determines the demands
of individual privacy clearly exceed the merits of public disclosure. The right of individual privacy may
be waived by the individual about whom the discussion pertains and, in that event, the meeting must
be open.

This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City
Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment
relating to that item but you may only speak once per topic. Please note, the City Commission
cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the
City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be
respectful of others. Please state your name, and state whether you are a resident of the city or a
property owner within the city in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments
to three minutes.

Said Portion of Tract of Land to be Public Parkland, and Establishing the Name of Declared

Consider the Motion: Adopt a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
Regarding a Tract of Land Commonly Know as N. Black Parking Lot Pocket Park, Being 0.03 Acres in
Size and Consisting of a Portion of Lot 22, Block E, Original Townsite Plat of Bozeman City, Declaring
Said Portion of Tract of Land to be Public Parkland, and Establishing the Name of Declared Parkland as
I-Ho Pomeroy Peace Park
Consider the Motions:
Recommended City Commission Annexation Motion:
Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all
information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 25213
and move to approve the 133 Maus Lane Annexation subject to the terms of annexation and direct
staff to prepare an annexation agreement.
Recommended City Commission Zoning Motion:
Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment,
recommendation of the Zoning Commission, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings
presented in the staff report for application 25213 and move to approve the 133 Maus Lane Zone Map
Amendment with contingencies of approval necessary to complete adoption of an implementing
ordinance.
