Recommended Motion:
I move to adopt a Resolution, amended to remove Section 2 regarding
recordation, of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
Regarding a Tract of Land Commonly Known as N. Black Parking Lot Pocket
Park, Declaring said portion of the tract of land to be public parkland, and
establishing the name of declared parkland as “I-ho Pomeroy Peace Park.”
