Sec. 76-2-304, MCA Zoning Criteria of Evaluation (Section 6, pg. 17 – 39) Maus Lane Annex and ZMA Public Comment Recommendation •Development Review Committee (DRC) finds no restrictions on approval that cannot be addressed with future review process. •Community Development Board on Monday, December 1 voted unanimously (6:0) to recommend approval of the M-1 zoning •No comment has been received Public Notice •Mailing to adjacent property owners •Newspaper ads •Posting on site Maus Lane Annex and ZMA MAP Brewing Glen Lake Park Griffin Drive7th AvenueNorth Park Murdock’s Recommended Annexation Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 25213 and move to approve the 133 Maus Lane Annexation subject to the terms of annexation and direct staff to prepare an annexation agreement. Recommended Zoning Motion: Having reviewed and considered the staff report, application materials, public comment, recommendation of the Zoning Commission, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 25213 and move to approve the 133 Maus Lane Zone Map Amendment with contingencies of approval necessary to complete adoption of an implementing ordinance.
