Dear City Commission,
I am writing to question why David Fine is requesting funds for testing that should have
already been done by the City Engineering Dept. These studies should be readily
available to Mr. Fine, should he just request them!! Why is he requesting these "site-
prep" studies now when the Fowler Housing Project still has a ways to go before final
approval?
I am asking that the city NOT approve the funds until such a time when and if these
studies are actually needed!!
