Hello,
I am writing to express my concern regarding Application 25134 by Story Mill.
Please keep in mind that the surrounding neighborhood consists of residential housing. Many
families with young children live along Hillside Lane, and Story Mill Park is located nearby.Increasing traffic in this area—particularly on Hillside Lane—poses a potential safety hazard.
This is especially concerning given that cars park on both sides of the road, limiting visibilitywhen turning onto the street.
Please consider limiting the development to reduce traffic impacts.
