City Commission revisions to the Unified Development Code,
Chapter 38 BMC
The City Commission directed on December 2nd the following changes be implemented in the final
draft of the UDC and on the zoning map. Items provided in the packet have a hyperlink. Non-
hyperlinked items were identified as changes by the City Commission.

allowances for parking location. Coordinate parking placement with build-to
