Items provided in the packet have a hyperlink. Non- hyperlinked items were identified as changes by the City Commission. Coordinate parking placement with build-to requirements in 38.260.080. Districts RA through RD will have the same edits. 38.260.140.A. 2.b Revise the applicability of standards for windows to remove the reference to manufactured homes in paragraph A.2.b to comply with state law; and replace with a general standard exempting single dwelling through fourplex including townhomes and rowhomes from the windows standard. 38.210 38.260.150 Revise 38.210.020 B.6 Entrances to show “Encouraged but not required” Page 2 of 2 Section Number Modified Subject Keep 38.260.150 text but revise A.2 and B.2 so that the section does not apply to residential only buildings with 24 or fewer dwellings.
