To Bozeman City Commisioners,
As renters in the Centennial Park neighborhood, we are writing to express our support for the
lower density (R-A) zoning carve out that has been proposed. In general, our reasons fall
under the umbrella of preservation. Keeping our neighbrohood lower density will preserve
mature trees and connection to natural areas, a piece of Bozeman's dwindling history and
character, and a less congested/slower way of life that lends itself to interacting in public
spaces and has promoted community in our experience as renters thus far.
