Dear Commissioners, Mayor and Deputy Mayor,
I am reaching out to you today regarding the proposed zoning changes in both the Bon Ton and
Tracy/Black neighborhoods. I am asking you to protect our history, culture and character we
all love so much about Bozeman and to vote NO on moving the zoning boundaries to increase
density.
I own the property at 218 South Willson Ave. The uniqueness of downtown Bozeman needs to
be protected so that we don't end up like so many other over developed towns.
Please consider thoughtful and careful growth that can both allow for us to retain our
character and find appropriate paths for affordable housing.
Thank you for your willingness to serve. Please vote no to alter our zoning boundaries.
