Dear City Commission and Brit Fontenot,
I would like to express complete support for Natsuki Nakamura in her application to become a member of the
Economic Vitality Board. Ms. Nakamura has extensive knowledge of the processes needed to work with the city.
She has excellent working knowledge of the Affordable Housing code, and has advocated for affordable housing at
every opportunity. Natsuki has frequently and intelligently participated in public comment concerning the UDC
draft document. She has honed her communication skills, always being concise and civil. I know her to be an
honest person, one who studies issues from all angles and who does not back down from her position when the
going gets tough. She is a team worker. Her focus on affordable, well built housing for all makes her a perfect
candidate for this board. Please appoint Natsuki Nakamura to the Economic Vitality Board.
