To the mayor and city commissioners. Please vote yes to enact the Right to Counsel into law and provide the
necessary funding to sustain the Right To Counsel in perpetuity. As a renter tenet and senior citizen in Bozeman I
live under the constant threat of eviction from my landlord and landlord employees who bully and intimidate me for
no other reason than the fact that they may not like my LGBQT flag. They refuse to do items of safety upon request
such as trim trees that pose a danger to my personal safety. They respond to said request by telling me that /quote
(YOU ARE SOL). And have Refused to take written concerns at their office. They know they can treat tenants this
way because of the lack of legal recourse for tenants that live on social security or pay check to pay check. This is
why I have become a member of Bozeman Tenants United. Please help keep the vulnerable renters and their
families of Bozeman in their homes. Vote Yes For The Right to Counsel. Thank You.
