I am a 30 year resident of Bozeman living in the historic district. I am concerned that the level of density of the UDC
update will allow unworkable levels of density being pushed by outside consultants. I as many others, are concerned
with preserving the rich historic architecture and existing neighborhood character of the historic district. Please
keep Bozeman in Main Street and beyond the beautiful and historic place it is. Please do not allow encroachment
into this area.
