To the Bozeman Commission: I have been made aware that there is a proposed zone change to my property in downtownBozeman at 320 S Willson Ave. My property exists along an R4 development core of downtown Bozeman adjacent to Bozeman’s densest B3 commercial core. We are adjacent tothe Artemus Apartment Complex. We are opposed to the proposed zone change from R4 to RA. We would be in favor of following the new zoning equivalent of RC or denser. Any zonechange of lesser density would cause an immediate decrease in our property value. We understand that there are a handful of residents in the Bon Ton district that are asking for thiszoning change. We would like it noted that we were not contacted regarding our interest in a zoning change.
