RE: Unified Development Code 9/19 Draft
Subject: Request for Amendments: B-3C Purpose Statement
We flnd that the proposed Purpose Statement was not updated for the B-3C after it was
recommended to use feet instead of stories for building height. This creates confusion and
confiict as to what the guiding regulations are and should be synchronized. Please see the
requested edit below.
