Dear Mayor, City Commissioners, and City Manager,
Please DO NOT raise the allowed height in B-3 to 90 feet! What is the city thinking????
If allowing a building of 90 ft. is meant to be an incentive in exchange for Affordable Housing
(as is already included in the Affordable Housing Ordinance [AHO]), then the incentive has
been REMOVED by making this automatically allowed in B-3. Does City Staff not understand
the meaning of the word INCENTIVE? Is this an oversight?
Please do not make this mistake!
