Dear Mayor, City Commissioners, and City Manager,
Please strengthen Zone Edge Transition regulations. I live a half block from the corner of Tracy
and Villard, where the Zone Edge is abrupt and has a very negative effect on the homes
immediately to the east and north of the Henry. This is not a situation that should be allowed
to happen in our city's future development. Please close the loophole that has been created.
