Hello,
I am writing to express my strong opinion that when considering new developments native
plants and trees should be MAXIMALLY preserved. Simply starling "to the extent possible"is too easy to get around. Preservation of our collective natural resources should be a top
priority as our community grows. We have an incredibly short growing season and newlyplanted trees are a poor substitute for existing mature trees. Please revise the UDC to include
verbiage that requires preservation of plants and trees.Thank you,
