Dear Commissioners,
Please honor the Centennial Park neighborhood's request to place our neighborhood in the
new R-A zoning instead of the R-C, higher density zoning. Any increase in density will add to
already limited street parking, increases in traffic and noise, out of character higher buildings
which reduce privacy and natural sunlight for neighboring homes, and safety concerns, among
other degradations of our quality of life.
This neighborhood and adjacent areas have seen enough development and negative
consequences in the past several years. Please zone our neighborhood in R-A, to attempt to
respect the many neighbors' well-thought out plan to preserve and secure our quality of life
into the future, and yet to still allow for some change.
Thank you for your time and consideration in this huge proposed change to Bozeman.
