Honorable Bozeman Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and City Commissioners,
I urge you to please adopt a Tenant Right to Civil Counsel. The Landlord/Tenant Mediation
Program would also be good.
Our tenants deserve a fair chance and a level playing field in eviction proceedings. Avoidingeviction helps our city.
I will be more than happy to pay higher taxes so that my friends and neighbors can have a
chance at having a fair and legal proceedings.
It’s the right thing to do.
