My name is Soren Moesswilde and I’ve lived in Bozeman for about 3 years. I was
introduced to BTU this past summer and was immediately inspired by the idea of uniting to vote
for people’s rights and well being. Since I joined I have been fortunate enough to have extra free
time and have used it to lean into and learn about BTU’S mission. What I see is radical community
building in which everyone has a voice and human needs are the top priority. This focus on
mutual support creates communities with history, a sense of belonging and respect. Right to
Council helps ensure communities can last, made up of people who already have a deep
connection with the land, as well as those who are ready to let that connection develop.
Thank you City Commission and staff for bringing Right to Counsel so far! Let’s continue
working together to keep tenants housed and people who truly care about living in this community
centered as Bozeman continues to flourish.
