I was without a residence for 480 days due to the greed of a landlord who holds ownership of properties in the state
and who has received federally-backed multi-family mortgages from Fannie Mae, which gave that landlord
significant monetary benefits. A landlord who has been before the Montana Supreme Court now twice on landlord-
tenant disputes. And, a landlord who continues to withhold deposits and inflate move-out charges according to
dozens of negative tenant reviews on Apartmentratings.com, Yelp.com, Google.com, and the Better Business
Bureau, because the amount of money tenants find required for litigation is often more than the tenant deposits
withheld and the move-out charges inflated. Provide legal support to your citizens facing the prospect of
homelessness, long-time loss of residence, and the burden of large judgments unjustly given. Visit the online
documentation of my case and hundreds of pages of my pleadings before the Montana Supreme Court - DA 25-
0495.
