Hello, I'm a Bozeman resident, homeowner, and BTU member. I've supported tenant right to counsel for a long
time, and I'm writing to encourage the city commissioners to keep their promise in May to create and fund a right to
counsel program. I've looked at the data, heard from involved parties, and it is clear to me that the rental playing
field is extremely unfair, and intentionally so. RTC is a proven way to attempt to begin to level this field. Most
importantly, it is a tool we CAN use --- so let's do it.
