I oppose this program which would support a tenant in a dispute with a landlord. That is not
the city's business.
Further, if you want people to rent additional dwelling units on their properties, or even partsof their own homes, to increase the housing supply in Bozeman, why would you make it even
more difficult to get rid of a bad tenant?
I do support the concept of mediation, but I do not think it should be paid for by the city.
