Please accept my comments as a neighbor who lives on Flourhouse Way, just off Hillside Lane and a Member of the
Bridger View Owners Association.
Note that the Association owns the real property adjacent to the proposed project land. As it has become much
clearer of late, based on the survey staking on the site, the Association owns the trees between the project site and
Hillside Lane.
Any “framework for the development of infrastructure” needs to plan for the continued ownership and maintenance
of the Association owned trees intact on the border of the project site with Bridger View subdivision.
