BMC
The Community Development Board recommended approval of a draft zoning map at their November
17t" meeting as a component of the update to the Unified Development Code. A comparison of the
area included in each zoning district on the current zoning map and on the proposed zoning map are
provided below. As some districts are consolidated, removed, or created in the update to the zoning
map statistics for each map is provided separately.
One notable change that affects the area of the PLI district is the designation of many public parks
and schools previously identified in many different districts as PLI. Revisions to the zoning map
recommended by the Community Development Board, if approved, will revise the figures for the
proposed zoning map.
