Primary updates include: Facade modulation & roof-line elevation changes are now obligatory design strategies within the code. Building walls facing rear or side yards will required to employ 2 articulation strategies, even when abutting same property or intensity zones, and roof-line elevations changed and increased from 1ft to 2ft(11/03/25).
