Hello, my name is Sarah Range and I'm a member of Bozeman Tenants Union and Bridger
Heights Tenant Union and I'm writing in firm support for Right to Counsel to include alltenants and receiving full legal representation.
I have received eviction notices in the past and legal representation was essential to keeping
my kids and I in a safe home; especially as we are victims of domestic violence.
Full legal representation for people like me and my children and others who are at risk ofbeing unhoused would benefit the City of Bozeman and it's citizens who would need to go to
court on their own otherwise without the benefit of a lawyer or mediation. Please pass theordinance for Tenants Right to Counsel.
