Olliff - No expansion of the B-3From:Peggy Olliff To:Bozeman Public Comment Subject:[EXTERNAL]No expansion of the B-3 Date:Sunday, November 23, 2025 3:38:17 PM CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Please take care of the community that put their trust in you. I'm writing to you today to ask that you please not upzone the church and 3 small homes on East Curtiss to B-3. THIS IS A HISTORIC DISTRICT! The loophole identified by Chris Saunders at the Community Development Board meeting November 17th and Confirmed again at Tuesday's City Commission meeting the next day, means that Zone Edge Transitions will rarely IF EVER be built. This is unacceptable. The B-3 zone edge should remain mid-block so that a transition will actually result. What do we want our historic districts to look like? Not the intersection of N. Tracy and Villard, where an enormous luxury apartment complex overshadows a historic African American home. PRESERVE BOZEMAN'S SENSE OF PLACE! No expansion of B-3 to East Curtiss. Thank you, Peggy and Tom Olliff Sent from my iPhone
