I would like it to be known that I am against the proposed B-3 zoning expansion near CurtisSt. between Olive and Black Street.
I have lived in the Bozeman area for 35 years The last 10 years my wife and I have lived in thehistoric district at 420 S. Tracy Ave. We moved here very excited to live in this area. It was a
time when Bozeman recognized the value of homes near the downtown area. Some of thatvalue was placed onto us homeowners that wanted to do any renovations to their home. At that
time living in the historic district came at a cost which we paid dearly with hard earned cash.A lot has changed since I moved here starting at my first job at four dollars and fifty cents per
hour to a fixed income. Please stop pushing us out.
