Hello Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Commissioners, and Community Development Department I live in a historical home at 604 S Black Avenue. My husband and I have renovated thehome at great expense to bring it back to its historical value. We love our home and theneighborhood that gives us a sense of community. If you allow the rezoning on East Curtiss from R-2 to B-3, you will devalue our home andharm the National Register Historic District as a whole. We ask that you consider thewelfare of our community in your decision to rezone. As political officials of Bozeman, I believe it is your duty to protect your constituency'sinvestments and our community's well being. Your continued support of big developers hasalready made a major impact on our community. Please leave the code R-A stand and keepour community as a historical neighborhood. Thanks for your support. If you have any questions or a response, please feel free tocontact me. Paula Nielsen 604 S Black Ave, Bozeman(949) 322-5900 pmilano09@gmail.com
