Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. See the back of this page for map location Project Name: The Stockyard Infrastructure Master Site Plan Application: 25134 Summary: This is an Infrastructure Only Master Site Plan application for the Stockyard project. The13.99-acre property is zoned a combination of Residential Emphasis Mixed Use (REMU) and Community Commercial Mixed Use (B-2M) Districts. The intent of this specific Master Site Plan is to establish the framework for the development of infrastructure within the REMU & B-2M zoned lots (Tracts 1 through 6). Tracts 1 through 3, located north of East Griffin Drive, are zoned REMU and total 2.96 acres. Tracts 4 through 6, located south of East Griffin Drive, are zoned B-2M and consist of 11.3 acres, representing 78.84% of the total Master Site Plan (MSP) land area. The subject Site is bordered by Story Mill Road, Hillside Lane, East Griffin Drive & future Stockyard Way. The Site is currently proposed as a mixed-use (residential and commercial) community.
