Good afternoon.
One addition/revision to the existing B2_M zoning would be to allow shared parking. Given
the many different uses allowed in this zoning district, and how they can complement eachother with parking / timing, shared parking would be a positive addition to the B2-M district.
It's allowed in other commercial districts and supports the overall idea of reduced parkingrequirements.
