Hello,I am a resident of the neighborhood affected by Planning Project 25238 (Lot 2 Sundance Springs.) I only recently discovered that this previously-failed Proposal has been re-filed, and that the Comment Periodended November 18. Given circumstances and controversy surrounding this proposal I determined to file a comment anyway (giventhese circumstances and controversy perhaps the comment period should be reopened.) In any event, whether comment is reopened or not, I would like to provide the following information.
The proposal is fatally flawed because it fails to comply with applicable requirements found in the PUD,the Master Plan, the Covenants and the Development Guidelines. Because of the Proposal's failure to meet applicable development requirements it should be denied.
