Hello Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Commissioners,
I'm writing to you today to ask that you please not upzone the church and 3 small homes on
East Curtiss to B-3. Look at the mistake of the Henry across from the George Harrison houseat N. Tracy and Villard. I live in this neighborhood and the unique nature of the homes makes
it such a special place.
PLEASE DON'T REPEAT THIS!
When we say that we want to protect Bozeman's sense of place, this is what we are talkingabout. Do not compromise this historic district and neighborhood. I've lived here for FIFTY
YEARS and feel like I'm losing my community with the destruction of the neighborhoods.
The increase in development potential from R-2 (R-A) to B-3 is too much. Leave these homesand church at R-A.
