To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing in response to the commercial lot, plan #25238, in Sundance Springs. My concern
with the property is that is needs to follow the PUD and Master plan for this lot. I have lived in
this neighborhood for 20 years and it has strict covenants that we have to follow living here. I
do not get to the bend the rules that are in place therefore no one else should either. I only
ask that you make sure when approving this property that it follows the rules laid out for it.
My main concern is parking. The streets are narrow, and if one person parks on either side of
the street, it becomes one lane. The street going by this property is heavily driven by families
going to and from Sacajawea Middle School. Kids bike on this street. If there is any sort of
parking shortage that overflows onto the street, this will be dangerous and very disruptive to
those that live here. The best part about this neighborhood is it is quiet and quant. The quiet
outdoor space for the trail system and everyone's houses that back to it in this area are
important to reserve. Please be considerate to us that live here and make sure the standards
set on the PUD and Master plan are met.
