Description
An unforeseen issue: dog relief areas. In new developments that allow pets, they need to supply some areas
for the dogs that live in that building to relieve themselves. Right now, the new building on Main Street has no
area, the new building on Grand has no area. This puts unfair pressure on neighboring homes.
