In reference to S05, T02, R06 E, C.O.S. 1877B, PARCEL 1T-1, ACRES 7.5, with the proposedUDC map now showing RC
and RA for this lot, I am requesting this lot be zoned B-2M to align with the zoning of the adjacent lots to the north
and west. The east lot line is the city/county boundary. The northeast portion of the lot will be residential with the
remainder fronting Story Mill Road developed as mixed-use connecting with complementing the planned
redevelopment of the bordering Story Mill property as an art and innovation center. Please let me know if any
