Hello Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Commissioners,
I urge you not to upzone the church and 3 small homes on East Curtiss to B-3.
To do this would compromise this historic district and our neighborhood.
The increase in development potential from R-2 (R-A) to B-3 is too much. Leave these homesand the church at R-A.
