Hello Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Commissioners,
Please do not upzone RA to allow for 4 units. We live on North Church Avenue. We have anumber of 2-unit residences, one 3-unit residence under construction (2-units plus a garage
ADU), and one 6-unit residence. I live close to the 6-unit apartment, and it does not fit intothe neighborhood either in its scale (3-stories), of the amount of traffic it generates in
comparison to the remainder of the residences. I believe 2-units, or 2-units plus an ADU, willbe appropriate for RA.
