Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. To whom it may concern, I reside at my home at 3754 Ellis View Loop, Bozeman MT. I write to register my significant concerns and objections to Project #25238! As a real estate developer in Billings, MT, I would be shocked if City Planners would decide to ignore and disregard the PUD and Master Plan and Covenants that created Sundance Springs. This would not happen in Billings. I always question intent when a contract established by a City in a PUD and Master Plan with Covenants becomes unilateral and followed by only one party and then ignored by the other party who established it. This Project, as presented, appears to be legally out of bounds and for certain functionally out of bounds. Given the facts of the original PUD, Master Plan and Covenants of Sundance Springs, the current Project #25238 needs to be “wholly denied” and confidence in the system needs to be restored and followed by the Planners and the City of Bozeman who created it and approved such.
