Sharing the attached letter that is being circulated throughout the Sundance Springs
Subdivision by Geoff Poole and the Swanson's.
This letter has been shared with our team by several members of the neighborhood so
we thought we should share it with the City as well.

The public comment that is currently on the city's repository has been submitted by
the same individuals that appealed that previous Community Development Director's
decision regarding site plan approval for this property.
The City's letter regarding the Decision and Finding of Fact in that past appeal are
attached to this email for reference.
These folks have their own opinions of the review requirements for this project that
were expressed in detail at the previous appeal hearing.
We are leaning on the City to interpret and properly convey the design constraints for
this project as the City is the regulating body for this application.
It would seem appropriate for the City Attorney's office to review the claims made by
these past appellants in this public comment letter against the planning departments
interpretations of the PUD Development Guidelines and UDC requirements to verify if
any modifications are necessary to the site plan prior to issuing a decision.
