Once again the approval of project 25258 will be reviewed by Bozeman Community
Development .
As a resident of Sundance Springs I continue to have serious concerns about how this
commercial development will negatively impact my neighborhood. This proposal, just
like the last proposal, is not appropriate to be included in our area. It is too large for the
space it would occupy and threatens our cherished green space that is immediately
adjacent to this proposed project.
One of the main concerns would be the impact of spillover parking into our
neighborhood that would occur because our narrow streets are not designed for this
overflow. Even if no parking signs were placed in an attempt to elevate this issue there
will be complaints that our police department will have to address. The police are
overworked and busy already and they don't need the extra burden .
There are many other issues why this project isn't compliant with our PUD Master Plan
and the Bozeman Community Development must act in the best interest of this
neighborhood.
