Please reject the plan for Project #25238. It goes against the PUD and Master Plan for
Sundance Springs by proposing too many buildings that are too tall, have large outdoorseating that is not allowed and violate the setbacks and character of the open space in the
neighborhood.
The only development plans that are acceptable, should follow the legally binding Master Planof Sundance Springs ROA. Nothing else is acceptable.
