Hi Dan,
Thanks for reaching out, and for checking the CD Viewer. That project has not yet submitted any
applications or materials to us, so there is no file number assigned yet. Apparently they stopped by
our counter and asked Chris Saunders a couple questions. He says the only info they mentioned was
the same info they shared with the press and they didn't leave any documents with him. Once an
application comes in, you will see it on the Viewer. And of course, feel free to reach out at that time
with any questions, or drop by to look at the materials.

Bozeman Community Development Director Erin George:
The Bozeman Chamber of Commerce has been hyping the proposed 31-acre Bozeman Square
development and claims construction will begin in 2026. That said, the City's Community
Development Viewer website shows nothing about this proposed development, and there is
no public comment folder for this proposed development. Consequently, I am writing to ask
the following: What is the Application Number for the proposed Bozeman Square
development project?
