As a resident of Bozeman, I can't stress enough that upzoning 11th with have nothing but
NEGATIVE consequences for those living in the city. It's already expensive in bozeman,property taxes will increase which will increase mortgages and rental prices.
Please consider that the town is already struggling to be affordable and approachable for
young families. Upzoning 11th will only have negative consequences.
